How we score it
Site age
Web standards move fast. A site over 5 years old usually has problems with mobile speed, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals — all of which Google uses to rank you.
Customer flow
If your site hasn't generated a customer in months, it's not pulling its weight. Most local-services sites should produce 3-10 enquiries per month minimum.
Honest gut-check
If you wouldn't show your site to a friend, your customers won't trust it either. First impressions decide whether they call you or your competitor.
