What if you vanish after I pay?
You own the domain, hosting, and source files from day one. If we disappeared tomorrow, your site keeps running on your Cloudflare account. That's the whole point of the ownership guarantee.
Can I move hosts later?
Yes. You own your domain, hosting account, and source files from day one. If you ever want to move, we hand over everything and help with the transfer — no lock-in, no proprietary wrapper.
What if I hate the design?
One round of revisions is included in every tier. We'll adjust colours, layout, photos, copy — anything short of starting from scratch. If you still hate it, you're inside the 7-day refund window.
Why is it so cheap compared to other agencies?
Because we productised the process. Same quality, no sales calls, no 3-month waterfalls, no account managers. You're buying a delivery system, not a bespoke project.
Do I need to supply photos?
Phone photos are fine — we'll process them. For Pro clients we can arrange a local photographer (£300–£500, passed through at cost).
What about ongoing edits?
