What a care plan doesn't cover.

Honest list so you don't feel misled later:

  • Full redesigns — if you want a fresh look, that's a new project
  • New standalone pages beyond minor additions — £150/page, priced on ask
  • Adding e-commerce or booking systems — bespoke quote
  • Writing long-form content outside the monthly allowance
  • Complex technical integrations (CRM, custom APIs)

Care plan questions.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. 14 days' notice, no penalty, no pro-rata clawback. We just don't refund the month you're in.

Can I pause a plan and restart later?

Yes — pause up to 3 months per year. Restart whenever. Useful for seasonal businesses.

What counts as an "edit"?

Text changes, photo swaps, adding/removing testimonials, updating phone/hours, small layout tweaks. Not: new pages, redesigns, or complex logic.

Do I lose access if I cancel?

No. Your Cloudflare account, domain, and source files stay yours. You can run the site forever without us.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?

Yes, any time. Change kicks in next billing cycle.

What if you stop offering care plans?

We give 30 days' notice and help you move to another provider. Your site's not locked to us technically — you own the source files (WordPress theme or static) and the hosting account.
