The 7-day productised track — Starter, Standard, Pro.

Day 1

Copy first draft.

We do: Write every headline and body paragraph. Sharp, British, number-led. No "elevate your business". Delivered as a Google Doc by 5pm.

You do: Read it, comment on anything that feels wrong. We need your comments by end of Day 2.

Gate: copy approved → Day 3 build can start.

Day 2

Photos processed.

We do: Your uploaded photos go through our Lightroom preset — consistent exposure, colour, light. Anything too dim or blurry we flag for reshoot. AI upscaling if you're short a couple.

You do: Send any last-minute photos, approve the shortlist we send back.

Gate: photo set locked → Day 3 build ingests final assets.

Day 3

Build.

We do: Scaffold the site from your sector template, drop your copy and photos in, customise colours and typography to your brand. End of day: a complete site ready for polish.

You do: Nothing. Put your feet up.

Day 4

Polish and motion.

We do: Micro-interactions, scroll-triggered reveals, hover states. Custom 404 page, social sharing image, favicon. Schema.org data for Google. The details that separate "looks like a site" from "feels like a product".

You do: Still nothing. Seriously.

Day 5

Google Business Profile + quality gates.

We do: Claim and optimise your Google Business Profile (or polish the existing one). Run Lighthouse, axe-core accessibility, and Google Rich Results Test. Fix anything under 100/100.

You do: Confirm a few GBP details when we ask.

Gate: Lighthouse 100, zero a11y violations, schema valid → preview ready.

Day 6

Your review.

We do: Record a 20-minute Loom walking through every page, calling out every design choice. Share a preview URL.

You do: Watch the Loom, reply with changes in one email. One round of revisions included.

Gate: you approve → Day 7 launch.

Day 7

Live on your domain.

We do: Deploy to your hosting account — Hostinger if we're building on WordPress, Cloudflare Pages if we're building static. Point your domain. Send a handoff pack: logins, how-to-edit guide, GA4 setup, Trustpilot review link, care-plan info.

You do: Celebrate. Then send a Loom to a happy customer asking for a Google review.

What we need from you (within 48 hours).

  • Business info — services, service area, your "why"
  • 20+ photos of your work, premises, team (phone photos are fine)
  • Your logo (if you have one) or "need one designed" (+£150)
  • Google Business Profile access
  • Domain — if you already own it, the login; if not, we help you buy one
  • Comments on the Day 1 copy draft by end of Day 2
  • Revision feedback on the Day 6 preview within 24 hours

Week 1

Discovery + design system.

We do: 60-minute kickoff call. Audit your competitors and reference brands. Write the brand brief. Lock the colour palette, font pair, and the design system that will run through every page. Two-page design system doc + one moodboard.

You do: Show up to the call. Send any reference sites you love (and any you hate). Approve the system by end of week.

Gate: design system signed off → Week 2 page design can start.

Week 2

Page-by-page design + bespoke imagery.

We do: Design every page individually in Figma — no template recycling. Generate bespoke imagery either via AI to brief or by briefing a local photographer (£300–£600 pass-through). Hand-write the long copy. End of week: clickable Figma prototype + image library.

You do: Walk the prototype, mark up changes. Approve imagery shortlist.

Gate: design + assets signed off → Week 3 build begins.

Week 3

Build + custom motion.

We do: Convert Figma to production code (static HTML/CSS/JS or Next.js, depending on stack). Per-page custom motion and interactions. Premium hosting setup (Cloudflare Pages or Netlify Pro). Lighthouse 100 floor.

You do: Nothing. Mid-week status note from us; no input needed unless we flag something.

Week 4

Polish, two revision rounds, handover.

We do: Preview build live on a staging URL by Monday. First revision round Tuesday/Wednesday. Second revision round Thursday. Friday: ownership transfer, full handover doc, two check-in calls scheduled in your first 90 days.

You do: Two consolidated rounds of feedback within the week. After Friday: enjoy. We're here for 90 days post-launch.

Gate: site live on your domain → 90-day support clock starts.

What happens if something slips?

If we miss the deadline for your tier despite your timely cooperation — you get a full refund. Not "credit", not "store discount". Your money back.

"Timely cooperation" = you supply requested assets within 48 hours, respond to copy/preview feedback within 24 hours (productised tiers) or within each week's gate (Premium). If you're slower, the clock pauses (fairly — we document everything in writing).
