Why this exists.
I kept watching friends and family with small businesses get sold websites that were slow, generic, built on page-builders, and locked into £145-a-month contracts nobody remembered signing. The sites didn't bring enquiries in. The owners didn't know how to change a phone number without emailing "support". And replacing the thing felt too big a job to start, so it never got done.
