Tell us about the place.

We respond personally to every enquiry, usually within seven working days. If a project sounds like it suits the studio, the next step is a visit to the site — at our cost — before we make any commitment.

We do not work to a fee scale. We price each project after the first site visit, against an agreed scope. Our typical engagement is 9 to 18 months from first conversation to handover.
